For foreign broker dealers that wish to gain access to US equity markets, SuccessTrade accepts omnibus accounts.

An omnibus account is a master account that through our technology can execute and clear trades to individual sub-accounts (in this case a broker dealer’s clients).

All transactions are done in a cash only basis, and the broker dealer is responsible for managing their own individual accounts.

The omnibus strategy offers the foreign broker the most cost effective way to give their clients access to US equity markets.

Our low transaction costs will allow you the flexibility to offer these services to your clients at the lowest price possible or allow you the broker dealer to maximize your profit potetntial.
