Who is Success Trade Securities?
Success Trade Securities is a licensed online brokerage firm that was registered in March 1999 by the SEC, and is a member of the NASD and SIPC.

Is Success Trade Securities licensed as a Broker / Dealer in my state?
Success Trade Securities is registered to operate in all states except for New Hampshire and North Dakota. Registration in these states is currently pending and will be admitted shortly.

What types of accounts can be opened with Success Trade Securities?
Success Trade Securities offers a wide variety of account options such as IRA, cash and margin accounts.

Are Success Trade Securities insured?
$100,000 in cash, and up to $400,000 in securities are insured by the SIPC. Computer Clearing Services also provides additional protection up to $10 million.

What is the “Success Trade Securities Privacy Pledge?”
All the information required for account forms is required by the SIPC. Success Trade Securities is devoted to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of your personal finances.

What do I do if I can’t get to my computer to place a trade?
If computer service is not available, orders can be made via telephone by calling 1-800-597-8767.

What types of securities can I trade through Success Trade Securities?
Stocks, bonds, and mutual funds are all available trading on-line, however, options trading is unavailable at this time.

Can I open a Success Trade Securities account if I am resident of a foreign country?
Non U.S. residents can open an account by simply filling out the proper forms noted on our site.
Please Note: Success Trade Securities is currently not registered to operate in Canada.

How much money do I need to open an account with Success Trade Securities?
Margin Accounts have a minimum of $2,000. Active Investors must have a minimum of $25,000.

Where do I send deposits for my Success Trade Securities account(s)?

By simply filling out an account transfer form, accounts from other firms will be transferred in 10 days to two weeks.

How do I deposit stock certificates?
Sign the back of the stock certificate and write your account number as well, and send the certificate to

How can I get stock certificates sent to me?

Does Success Trade Securities offer check writing?
In addition to free unlimited check writing privileges, Success Trade Securities will offer a variety of services ranging from a money market account to VISA Check Card.
